This is an anionic electrodeposition treatment agent that allows for the electrodeposition of polyimide, which excels in heat resistance, electrical insulation, and chemical resistance, onto substrates. In addition to the yellow to brown color of polyimide, red and black coloring is also possible. We can accommodate prototype requests, so please feel free to contact us. 【Features】 It enables the electrodeposition of polyimide resin, allowing for uniform film formation that is difficult to achieve through other methods. It can be effectively applied to components that require heat resistance, insulation, and chemical resistance. ■ Painting on three-dimensional and complex shapes is possible. ■ Red and black coloring is achievable by adding pigments. ■ It has high heat resistance with a thermal decomposition temperature of over 500°C (5% reduction).
